    Please tell me where the open meetings law was broken? As far as I can tell, the 24 hour rule was not applicable since this was a special session, and from I can tell the 2 hour rule does not apply. If this judges rule is upheld I would think that many of the Dems laws would be in violation (smoking ban?)
