Looks Like WisDOT Is Sneaking Eventual Fourth I-94 Lane Into Zoo Interchange Scheme

WisDOT has claimed it has downsized the Zoo Interchange project, but Gretchen Schuldt finds that not everything in the plan is fully disclosed.

Disturbing on several levels.

    How 'bout they sneak an extra lane in over at the Marquette interchange. I can't believe that westbound Interstate 94 narrows to one lane at that point. ONE LANE! No, not during construction or repair. By design.
