City Wind Power Startup Has Practical Application

Milwaukee officials are considering erecting wind turbines to power a municipal building at the harbor.

Good as a demonstration project, too.

    If they could be situated and artistically placed to enhance or frame the view of the Quadracci Pavilion, what a sensible and powerful statement that would be.
