Brookings Argues For Urban Investment; Rail Hubs Would Help

The prestigious Brookings Institution argues that the US economy needs to be focused on urban areas, because that's where most people live.

So isn't it a no-brainer to connect them with better transportation by adding or improving rail where possible?

Chicago-Milwaukee?

Milwaukee-Madison?

Chicago-Minneapolis?
