Republicans Caught Suppressing Minority Vote

Whether it's shady mailings or leaflets in the central city, or this sleazy ad finally pulled from Spanish-language radio, the Republican tactic is the same: discourage minorities from voting.

    They need to do that to offset all the Dem voter fraud.

    Call it a check and balance.
