Maybe we can use a term you will understand Rowen - how about "sustainable"?
These were not sustainable jobs - they only existed because the government spent the majority of the stimulus money on itself temporarily creating unnecessary jobs that only added to the size of government.
Obviously the person getting the job is marginally better off than being on never-ending unemployment compensation, but this makes the overall situation for the economy worse - not better.
The stimulus created some public sector jobs - and those jobs will end when the funds end.
