How Did Plale's Disorderly Conduct Ticket Get Overlooked For Nine Years?

Amazing that there had been no earlier publicity about a sitting state legislator's citation for municipal disorderly conduct in 2001. (correcting earlier post of 2003)

Plale admitted to an investigating South Milwaukee police officer that he had pushed his wife out of the door to their house, but denied kicking her, as she alleged, during an argument that occurred prior to their divorce.

Milwaukee County Supervisor Chris Larson, challenging Plale in a Democratic primary next Tuesday, had been vilified in conservative media for a shop-lifting charge as a teen, and a dispute over a parking ticket, but Plale's infraction - - details about all these incidents are here - - certainly raises a lot more questions.
