Menomonee Valley Reclaimed; Waukesha Sees Treated Wastewater Route

How paradoxical is it that Milwaukee is up for an award for reclaiming the polluted Menomonee River Valley and Waukesha wants through its Lake Michigan diversion proposal to use that same area as part of its open-air conduit for the discharge of its treated wastewater back to Lake Michigan?

File that under "Regional Cooperation: Disconnects."
