Washington Post Offers More Worst-Case Gulf Fodder

Now people are talking about the Gulf debacle and "altered geology."

Sure this is speculation, but based on the horrible realities, don't you think?

    Given the BP track record, we would have to be very big fools to think this attempt to shut down the blow-out gusher will be anything like smooth. There is probably a very real possibility that we will just have to let the gusher run its course -- until the deposit runs dry -- as sad as that is to contemplate.
