    Sen. Kerry is already featuring the comment in a fundraising letter for the DSCC.

    Such a comment is almost as unimaginable as the BP CEO's claim that BP did nothing reckless to cause the explosion and the spill.

    But give the Texas clown Burton his due: he only took two tries to get his apology right.
