    Or you could have just gone to the places that already banned smoking.

    The impetus to this legislation - - and we were behind North Carolina, Italy, Ireland and other heavy smoking destinations - - is worker safetyL wait staffs and bartenders not having to work in carcinogenic air.

    For me, a consumer but a non-smoker, it's a bonus.
