Barrett Launches Jobs Proposal

I like the plan - - and its focus on venture capital - - and the timing:

Now the Republicans - - without a plan of their own except Scott Walker's cotton-candy, 250,000 jobs tooth-fairy wish - - can spend the weekend at their convention pushing their signature tax-cuts-for-the rich nostrum, and attacking Barrett's real plan to create real Wisconsin jobs.
