Wisconsin DNR Building Waukesha Diversion Website

I've got this bookmarked: I predict heavier traffic once a few things happen:

Waukesha's Common Council approves sending the diversion application to the Department of Natural Resources. That will probably happen April 8th.

The DNR shortly thereafter announces the scope of its proposed Environmental Impact Statement review of the application, along with a public hearing on that scoping document.

The other Great Lakes states and water activists across the country begin to track the application and the EIS review process.
