Wisconsin's Binge Drinking Culture Is KIlling Kids In La Crosse

Another victim of the state's love affair with over-indulgence.

And La Crosse, in municipal denial, can't muster up the funds or the will to fence off river access.

    I think that the respsonsibillity to not drink too much falls on the individual not the municiple system. I also think that fencing off the river would only encourage binge drinking because it would facillitate to the needs of someone who wants to get really drunk but doesn't want to fall in the river.
