Candidates will give a two-minute opening statement. Then, candidates will answer several questions addressing a range of issues with a one-minute response allotted for each question and tracked by a timekeeper.

The last part of the forum may be opened for audience questions, as time is available. Audience questions will be submitted on note cards and screened before they are read aloud. The forum concludes with a two-minute closing statement from each candidate.
