    What a sweet deal, they borrow $165 million but don't have any obligation to pay it back.

    Will have see if I can do that somehow . . .

    Of course I am not a public sector entity/bureaucrat completely lacking in common sense or ethics.

    Guess someone needs to "educate" these brain-iacs that investment risk of any level is never going to be the same as zero risk.
