Mass Poisoning Aimed At Invasive Asian Carp

Let's hope the massive poisoning to begin tomorrow stops the march of the Asian carp towards Lake Michigan.

If not, kiss commercial fishing and much boating goodbye.

    At this point in time, the best we can hope for is delaying the inevitable as long as possible.

    This was a lost cause the moment JFK's USF&G decided to introduce the Asian Carp to the Mississippi watershed and as long as there was the un-natural linkage to the Great Lakes basin.

    Once again, our "marvelous" government at work screwing everything up.
