Urban thinker.. like giving away a revenue generating piece of land to a non profit university so they can turn it into a soccer field from which we get no benefit.

Btw am curious, what headgear does Norquist get with this august honor? The railroad engineer's cap, the propeller beanie, or does he get to choose between the two?
