Pickens Deflating His Wind Farm Plans

T. Boone Pickens' wind farm plans are coming back to earth, though Wisconsin may be one of his new sites.

Maybe.

Though a Midwestern coalition is moving forward with plans that also include Wisconsin.

    The ITC project will suck green energy dollars out of Wisconsin and send them to ND, SD and beyond. If Wisconsinites must invest in renewables let the investments happen in WI.
