Maybe We'll Get High-Speed Rail From The Obama Stimulus Plan

I hope the Obama infrastructure plan for Wisconsin is more than adding more lanes to the regional freeway system.

    Far more likely that stimulus money will go to putting in the pipelines from Lake Michigan to Waukesha and beyond.
