Gas Taxes For Rail? Opponents Say Never

Former Milwaukee Mayor John Norquist had a good one-liner about balanced transportation in Wisconsin: "Half concrete, half asphalt."

In other words, nothing for rail.

    Yet they whine about gas prices. How are we ever going to get people to connect the dots?
