A former Governor who resigned his position for a federal job, leaving state taxpayers with a $3.2 billion deficit and $5 billion more in unfunded highway plans, has joined the presidential field on the GOP side.
Since the GOP is allegedly the party of fiscal restraint (George W. has pretty much wiped out that legacy, I suppose), who could this tax-and-spend, Big Government Republican be?
