An earlier post detailed the activities of a Delafield condo developer who cut down mature trees and began site grading without permits to do either.
The project is still on hold, but the developer has been hit with a $3,000 civil forfeiture, according to today's Milwaukee Journal Sentinel newswatch blog.
Of course, the biggest story there today is the US Court of Appeals' reversal of Georgia Thompson's conviction in the state travel contract-award scandal (sic).
Details forthcoming, but the Court's ruling included an order for her release from prison.
