Gerson seemed to fault both sides equally. To do so, he had to soft-pedal what Limbaugh has been doing and ignore the fact that Limbaugh has compared (biracial) President Obama to dictator (and racial purist) Adolph Hitler. Let's not pretend Limbaugh has just talked about policies. <br /><br />And for another, he dismissed the "crypto-Nazi" putdown of Buckley as the "Vidal tactic" when Buckley was known to have white supremacist views.
