Some of these thieving realtors are still asking 2 to 3 times what the appraised value was for homes and land anywhere near the Walker Washout. Maybe Mt. Pleasant can recoup some of it's investment by taking the building and making it a "Mt. Pleasant Civic Center" and holding school plays and graduations. People at home can watch the pay-per-view on their big-screen TVs. You know. The ones made somewhere else.
