Reputations, careers, and EGOS are on the line: Dan Warren, Dan Duchnia, Dan Vrakas (why are they all named Dan?), Bill McClenahan, Ald Paul Ybarra, Ald Joan Francouer, former Ald Rick Tortomassi and former Mayor Larry Nelson. (The collective mind was made up long before any of them reviewed any alternatives, for Pete's sake, much less actually read the application!) <br />And WAY TOO MUCH MONEY has been spent on pushing and selling the one and only "alternative" chosen.<br />Science?
