News Programs' Climate Change 'Debate' Shut Out Scientists
Mainstream media preferred to hear from opponents than scientists, Media Matters finds:
A Media Matters analysis finds that news coverage of climate change on ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX remained low in 2012 despite record temperatures and a series of extreme weather events in the U.S. When the Sunday shows did discuss climate change, scientists were shut out of the debate while Republican politicians were given a platform to question the science.

Imagine that. The czar of clean energy sells his TV program to a czar of the oil industry for green (cash).
Science? The practice of skepticism and inquiry to discover how the world works. We now know that the climate changes due to effects of astronomy and ocean currents. We have learned that it does no good to sacrifice to the Gods to gain their favor to bring us the weather we desire. At least some of us have learned that. The one thing that science should teach those who have fallen into the global warming faith trap is that human carbon dioxide emissions are not the main driver of the weather or the climate. Silly Madison Liberals. Silly, silly, silly.

This year we lost the Michigan cherry harvest, and most of the upper Midwest corn crop. We lost 50% of the shipping capacity of the Great Lakes, and probably all the capacity of the Upper Mississippi.
