It would report to a conclusion these two assignments:

*  Can electronic voting machines be manipulated and controlled from afar, or through software embedded, to alter and steer outcomes?

*  Who or what, if at all, organized and directed the various voter suppression practices, bills and procedures nationwide this election cycle? (Hat tip, SH.)
