"A little fill here and there may seem to be nothing to become excited about. But one fill, though comparatively inconsequential, may lead to another, and another, and before long a great body may be eaten away until it may no longer exist. Our navigable waters are a precious natural heritage, once gone, they disappear forever," wrote the Wisconsin Supreme Court in its 1960 opinion resolving Hixon v. PSC and buttressing The Public Trust Doctrine, Article IX of the Wisconsin State Constitution.

Do you seriously think that anybody is actually hoping for a poor jobs report? Please cite your source, otherwise this is just more of your made up BS.
Of course the GOP is not hoping for a poor jobs report, but Obama doesn't fail to disappoint.
Only 96,000 jobs created and 400,000 people have left the work force.
He is as much of a failure as his policies.
Perhaps they should be praying to God instead of "booing" God.
