State Police Leader Says GOP Resolution To Arrest Democratic Legislators "Insanely Wrong"

Have you ever seen a headline and statement like this?

"State police leader says Senate resolution is ‘insanely wrong’"

Made on behalf of 11,000 Wisconsin police officers?

And in a business publication, to boot?

It all started when Republican Senators voted to send out police to haul back absent Democratic Senators, by force, if necessary. More here.

    Come Jim, the guy is the head of their police union, not exactly the same thing.

    He represents 11,000 active and retired officers. Most of the officers I have know are Republican, and conservative politically. The statement is powerful and newsworthy.
