Busy Bee Walker Needs Another Budget Delay

He's got time to call Charlie Sykes, and as One Wisconsin Now points out, can get scheduled for Fox New appearances, but can't get the budget done and introduced.

And he's Tweeting like crazy - - like every other chief executive (not!):

And it appears as if the budget speech is still scheduled Tuesday at that well known public venue - - the Vita Plus feed mill?

The Governor's offices is passing out tickets.

Be prepared to show your birth certificate, US Passport, Republican Party paid-up credential and Rush Limbaugh Fan Club membership.

    maybe a delay is not a bad thing. maybe he's having second thoughts about some of the most horrific reported aspects of this budget (like refusing federal Title I funding, which goes to schools serving poor children).
