With the Gore-related allegations dismissed, just as was the hoax known as climate-gate, can we get back to the serious business of dealing with a carbon fuels'-addicted culture and climate change?

Considering your global warming claims are a hoax in and of themselves, not really.
And apparently the Democrats in Congress thought so as well as they did not have the testicular/ovarian fortitude to pass your cap-and-tax legislation.
The Senate bill was not a cap-and-trade plan.
I know- I clearly said "cap-and-tax".
