Not to worry, Jimmy boy plans on building windfarms in lake Michigan. The resulting sonics will take care of the carp, and the rest of the fisheries no doubt.
Dump the windfarms jimmy boy. Give us the money instead to build our own smaller turbines that won't ruin the environment or our neighbor's lives.....it'll produce more electricity, but then less power for you......
