Which the ruling precisely achieves by ignoring the issue altogether in favor of sound law.
The morale of the gay people seems to have been markedly improved.
Of course we should support gay marriage. It's a matter of civil rights, especially in a state where Julaine Appling has such a stranglehold on our legislators. No hope of equal rights in a civil capacity for our gay fellow citizens here in WI, Julaine was trying to take away every option they had. So civil marriage by lawsuit and judge's ruling.
