Will DNR, Joel Kleefisch OK Capitol Grounds Fox Hunting?

Fresh hunting opportunity right under the Marinater-in-Chief's nose.

Somewhere in this story is a joke about guarding the henhouse, but that's up to you.

Foxes had an especially successful breeding season in Madison last spring. They thrive in the railroad corridors and make a living off rabbits and the pesky chipmunks which used to ravage my backyard. Obviously these Foxes were attracted to the Capitol by the overwhelming scent of vermin.
