Baby Steps To Tighten Wisconsin's 'Go-Drink-And-Drive' Laws
The Assembly tip toes towards long-standing OWI enforcement practices in the other 49 states:
The state would whet the edge of its drunken-driving laws by a few modest strokes, under legislation approved by the Assembly onn Tuesday….
One drunken-driving bill, which passed the Assembly Tuesday on a bipartisan 88-7 vote, would make a second-offense drunken-driving offense a misdemeanor in all cases and make a fourth-time offense a felony in all cases.

It seems to me every year or so they inch a little bit closer... And that's good but I still think we need to focus on the driving side of the equation.
