Misleading Absentee Ballot Materials From Tea Party Got Wide Distribution In Wisconsin

Communications about Wisconsin recall contests that carried an election date after the actual election day on August 8th date were sent by the Tea Party advocacy group Americans For Prosperity more widely across the state to potential than was first known, according to The Washington Post.

Since the AFP is also buying air time in support of certain candidates - - incumbent, conservative Republicans - - which local, state and/or Federal agency will take this seriously enough to open a formal investigation?

Oops: Election day is August 9!

You just knew that was gonna happen on a story about how the "typo" on the date happened to those darned well-meaning Darling supporters.

But getting it wrong by a day ahead is at least not voter suppression, as voters can come back the next day.
