Did Walker Mislead About Municipal Takeover Planning?
Scott Walker and Milwaukee business leaders strongly denied earlier this year that they had studied the possibility of Wisconsin implementing a plan like Michigan's to allow the state to takeover fiscally-challenged local governments, but some information is surfacing through Open Records that imperils those claims.
