All I Know Is What I See On The Tee-Vee

What if they gave an election and you were in charge of said election but your city's votes weren't counted and you didn't know about that until you saw a news conference about it.

Welcome to Brookfield, Waukesha County, WI.

Such things as failing to notify, of all people, the Brookfield city clerk, continue to bring a great deal of suspicion to this Waukesha County clerk. I read in online comments that others, familiar with the computer programs cited, have found her 'failure to save' explanation implausible, as this feature is said to be automatic.

it is automatic. I just went back to check my own personal memory. Edit, close without save, open database anew, edit is intact.

Talk to any county clerk and they will admit that there are mistakes in every election, sometimes big mistakes. The only difference here is that it changed the outcome. Abele trounced Stone in Milwaukee. If you had put up a good candidate for Supreme Court, the 7,500 votes wouldn't matter. This is all your fault!

For a first-time candidate, she was terrific.

Abele was a first-time candidate as well. You couldn't find anyone better than Kloppenburg? Someone with a ton of money like Abele?

My powers are limited in these things. She was a great candidate.
