In Snit, Assembly Republicans Have Anti-Democratic Tantrum

The dictatorial urge has gravitated from Scott Walker to Assembly leaders, who push through a quick vote approving Walker's proposal before Democrats can take their seats.

I'm sure this stunt will bring about editorial condemnation.

Update: Republicans rescinded their vote, based on illegal procedure.

You have got to be kidding, maybe your cowardly Senate Democrats should return to Wisconsin as DO THEIR JOB and make an argument, instead of thowing a temper tantrum and running away like a toddler. But I guess most democrats are toddlers.

Mark Miller should be ashamed of himself, he is not leader, he is a cry baby. If I do not get my way I go run and hide.

It's the Wisconsin equivalent of a filibuster. And why all the name-calling? Is that making an argument or just arguing?

Jim,

You have to be joking, comparing the legal filibuster approach used by both Dems and Repubs. in the past on the federal level to running away to another state to avoid a vote? I thought you were smarter than that Jim. The Senate Dems are breaking the rules, and are legally obligated to show up for work, which they are paid to do. The Federal senators actually went to work.
