Talgo Train Maintenance Stays, Manufacturing Still Leaving

I suppose in Scott Walker's world, he just created 60 jobs.

250,000 Jobs promised
+ 4700 HS rail and Talgo jobs lost
-60 Talgo jobs "saved"
= 254,640 jobs that Walker still owes the state of Wisconsin.
