Will Walker Take Newspaper's Advice On Trains?

The paper endorsed him, so it's on many levels a test for Walker.

Remember, talk radio is waiting to crucify him if he flips on the issue.

Is there some of that hateful federal highway funding the hated Obama administration could shovel Walker's way, say, to speed up the timetable on the Zoo Interchange?

Will Walker man up and make a deal on behalf of the 4,700 jobs he's about to throw towards New York, whose Governor-elect has already asked for Wisconsin's high-speed train money?

4,700 short-term jobs mostly from out-of-state workers who do the track work from pre-fab parts made in Washington state?

Really? This helps us how?

Quite the narrow perspective. The firm will create white-collar work - - legal, pr, consulting, accounting, and sub-contracting, too.

Walker could claim those 4,700 jobs...

Only 245,300 to go.
