Apparently you did not read Barr's remarks, so I will reprint them for you:
"What I look for in Washington are folks in the Senate and the House who put the Constitution first. Not the "R" or the "D", not partisan politics but the Constitution. And what you have in Russ, and I have worked closely with him over a number of years to try to rein in the Patriot Act, to try to rein in the government surveillance and so forth — this is a man who understands the Constitution, who supports and fights sometimes against his own party to defend the Constitution in the Congress of the United States in ways that are much more consistent and much more proactive than a lot of Republicans."

And on my Purple WI blog:
"I can't believe I am saying this, but I actually have to agree with Jimmy on the [proposed, new $200 million] DOT building. If the current place is functional, why do we need a new one? PS: As usual, the rest of his article is complete liberal garbage."

Among the multitude of labels you could have put on Bob Barr - why did you identify him as a "Constitutionalist"?
Barr might very well be one, but that is not what is he known for and what relevance does that have to his endorsement of Feingold?

Wonder how many votes Barr's endorsement cost Russ-Russ
