DNR Floats Sensible OWI Law Changes For Boaters
Hat's off to the DNR for proposing that fines for drunken boating be made equal to fines for drunken driving.
And for proposing that an arrest for OWI in a boat count against one's motor vehicle driving record, too.
Why not?
