BP Continues Textbook-Poor Response

More evidence that BP has underestimated and under-reported the amount of oil escaping from the Gulf well it drilled but didn't know how to shut off:

Plumes are confirmed 142 miles from the blowout, though quite recently BP said these plumes didn't exist.
