Jeff Boothe is the DC lobbyist Milwaukee officials hope can spring loose more cash for the streetcar system.
Boothe is also on the board of Reconnecting America, a leading transit advocacy organization.

This is a bad idea. No one will use a street car when we can use a car and find plenty of parking spaces. I wonder where our priorities are at the moment. Look at neighborhoods and property values. No, let's build a street car.
