Water Policy Focus Groups Begin This Afternoon, Continue This Week

Another reminder that you can attend publicly-sponsored, free and timely focus groups this week to weigh in on a critical issue:

The need for regional planners and public officials to recognize the development potential of Lake Michigan water, and to spread those benefits to meet a more just regional agenda: better transit, more affordable housing, shared job opportunity, and environmental protection.

This is a unique opportunity to press for an alternative to one-dimensional water sales that will trip off more sprawl and capital drain away from Milwaukee to Waukesha County.

Here are the details.
