A law school study saying there aren't too many lawyers in the state is like the baseball union saying performance enhancing drugs are not an issue in professional baseball.
For what its worth, litigation is less of an issue than taxation and simply the cost of doing business in the state.
Contrary to the popular misconception that it must involve calling someone an "asshat," you've just blurted an ad hominem non sequitur TWW.
BTW, I suspect you know nothing about taxation. ;)
