Anonymous said...: Part of their "them" is neighboring Duluth, who's had a string of (dare I say fair) reporting about the refinery expansion. Superior's paper, on the other hand, has gone so far as to say citizens aren't empowered with decision-making here, and it ignores the amount of input citizens can have in this process.
