Why GOP Elitists Hate Huckabee
Sharp analysis, here. Seems it's all about class.
James Rowen has written for newspapers and served as a senior Mayoral staffer in Madison and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This blog discusses politics, the environment and their frequent interconnections in Wisconsin and across the Great Lakes. And, sometimes, other things.

Or the writer's lack thereof.
I admit I had a hard time getting past these two sentences:
"The language is coded, as it usually is with class and race in this country. The Wall Street Journal, the anti-tax jihadists at the Club For Growth, the National Review – these pillars of Old School Republicanism have signaled that Huckabee is Not One of Ours." What code is the use of "jihadists"? (Is Jim Rowen a Great Lakes water jihadist?)
Fun, the Marxist interpretation of bourgeoisie political party formation. But I miss the days whe religion was the opiate of the masses.
As Mike Huckabee might say, "Any stick to beat a dawg is a good one."
